very nice photo :-) Nostradamus was a good doctors but quatrains r result of misinterpretations or mistranslations .
i read the a long maya , aztec olmec were brillant astronomy, maths , calendar , codex (spain burn it )

I think he was a Great Doctor too.
I also do think he had some powerful 'seeing' ability........IF you read about Katherine de Medici,,,you will see why I say this.
Quatrains have been very 'mishandled and abused' I agree.
BUT what was he referring to in these quatrains?
Toltec/Olmec/Aztecs/Egyptians etc
I think that the old Astronomers in Europe, Middle East, Persians almost every Country in the World taught us SO much.

I think most of his quatrains have been lost in translation over the years. Translation and interpretation at the same time allows an amount of the writers influence I think.. Although a good Doctor by all accounts, visiting plague villages and never contracting the disease himself? He must have known something I think.?

I think 2012 is the end of a Mayan Epoch isnt it ? Time for a new calendar if the civilisation had survived the Spanish..Not convinced its at all cataclysmic in our sense of the word though..

But lets all see at the New Year party for 2013 :)

As you say: 'He was a brilliant Doctor.'
Also he did see things: he warned Katherine Medici and told her she would one day be Queen (which she was) in France AFTER her husband and 3-4 sons were killed or died.
As for the 'Quatrains?' He clearly wouldn't have written all this without meaning something............LOST IN TRANSLATION and 'used' to bring down a lot of Powerful Countries.
Hitler plastered these all over Europe during the War?
Yes! It is.......NOTHING will happen.
Trust me........nothing ever does!
