I certainly have ideas but NOT the computer skills to do things!
However, I do have willing people to help with this.
What about a Page/Group/List where any Group can go to, looking for Staff?
One of the MOST difficult things for Groups is looking for good and positive staff members.
IF Groups had more Staff, there would be no need to only allow 2/4 submissions a week.
Nationalities are important too:
1. Groups need people from all different parts of the World..Time Zones. These could be listed with the person?
2. Language skills also matter?
Up until now all of us 'advertise' and nothing happens, perhaps this would cut down time?
Just an idea.
I would love to hear what you all think?
If you all could send this to your watchers, I can get an idea of whether it is worth doing.

War! I am so sad BUT it is possible that as people living in this Universe we will become more cohesive? Ukraine: Your people have taught the whole world something........as yet I am undecided as to what it is because I have always HATED patriotism. I have lived in 4 Country's and each one of them has always resorted to this 'assinnine' way of looking at our earth. We are ONE people...that's it! IF we cannot get on with each other and stop this PATRIOTISM we are dead! Thank you and love to the world citizens.

I watch and listen. SO many of us are going through 'troubles' which are not "fixable." We have allowed our lives to be dictated by politicians who don't give a shit about...we the people. How did this happen? "Lies/money/etc. We have a choice BUT it's seriously difficult....this means voting! ALL of us. It is possible to get shot of these: Parasites who feed on our pain. VOTE. Come out in your huge numbers and don't believe POLITICIANS. I live in France and am happy we are here: OUR Health service is so much better than anything (especially the UK) can offer. Macron has become a leader in the Wold as far as Covid is concerned. It's up to all of us to change the order? Jenny with so much love. xxx's

What do I do?
WHAT do I do? Love looking at Art BUT I cannot request/Fav and submit/answer comments. I am human! I need to make a decision: From now on I intend to look at art AND request for my Group. I am sorry if I don't thank you all for Fav'ing and watching. Artists are often very selfish..I want to help others. Jenny and I thank you for all for everything.

hmm I think limiting the amount of weekly devs is a good thing!
I have been in groups with autoapprove or limitedless, resulting in my my inbox beeing flooded with crap. And I do mean CRAP
sketches any 5 y old could do better, completely blurred photos, lowest quality mobile shot..
I do think having extreme rules where everything gets decline which is not perfect (in their eyes) isn't the way to go either,
but some base quality is needed in my eyes. Plus limiting will have them send in their best works.
What I would love to see a group for stock. stock which allows commercial usage (at least on request), that don't need to have credit ON the pic outside dA (ridiculous) and that has a certain minimum resolution.
There is so much stock on dA that is pixelish, has resolutions of below 1000 pixels on the longest side (excluded here are seemless patterns) and/or has ridiculous rules and where you can be fairly sure its legal.
I wish I would have the energy for such a task, but, healthwise I don't
